This highly anticipated event drew registrations from over 40 life and health enterprises nationwide, with six selected to showcase their innovations on stage. An accompanying “Financing Project Promotion” segment provided a platform for 12 high-potential projects to be displayed on-site. These projects spanned diverse subfields including gene and cell therapy, nucleic acid drugs, AI and digital medicine, and precision tumor treatment.
A distinguished panel of eight experts from leading investment institutions, including Green Pine Capital and Triwise, provided comprehensive guidance. These experts offered valuable insights on clinical value assessment, technology transfer pathways, and global market positioning. Over 100 financial institutions were also present, collaborating to offer a suite of services encompassing equity financing, credit extension, and insurance credit enhancement.
The roadshow proved to be a resounding success, generating over 400 institutional matchmaking intentions for the 18 on-site projects. Six listed life and health companies based in Nanshan engaged in closed-door discussions with 17 industrial financing and M&A financing projects from across China. These discussions explored potential collaborations through industrial investment and mergers and acquisitions.
The X-Day Roadshow Enterprise Financing Service Platform, established in Nanshan, serves as a vital link between capital, technology, and industry, particularly from the perspective of equity financing. This platform provides comprehensive technology and finance service solutions for enterprises. Online, it maintains project and financial institution databases, offering a continuous window for financing opportunities. Offline, it hosts industry roadshows on the first Thursday of each month, fostering collaboration between funding sources and projects.
Since its inception, the X-Day Roadshow has received 86 project registrations and formed partnerships with 180 investment and financial institutions. It has facilitated connections with over 380 institutions for the 29 projects that passed the initial two rounds of registration review.
District leaders Zhou Rui and Huang Xianfeng also participated in the event.
