The iNanshan Enterprise Service Comprehensive Platform has recently introduced two new initiatives aimed at bolstering the new energy sector. Applications are now open, with a deadline set for 6 p.m. on Feb. 24.

The New Energy Scenario Support Project is designed to foster collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises in Nanshan District. It encourages the establishment of integrated demonstration stations for photovoltaic energy storage, supercharging, and vehicle network interaction. These stations are to be set up around iconic buildings, core business districts, ports, industrial parks, and other key areas within the district.

To be eligible for the project, applicants must ensure that the proposed project includes photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, overcharging, and vehicle network interaction functionalities. The applicant must be the actual investment enterprise, and the project should be implemented in Nanshan with a total investment of at least 1 million yuan. Successful projects can receive up to 3 million yuan (US$413,436) in support, which accounts for 20% of the corresponding procurement amount.

In parallel, the Promotion of New Energy Product Export Trade Projects aims to support the global expansion of new energy storage, charging pile, photovoltaic production, and trading enterprises. The program will provide funding for overseas market access certification fees and export intellectual property analysis fees. The funding will not exceed 20% of the approved project cost, with a cap of 2 million yuan per enterprise.

Applicants for the export trade project support must be engaged in research and development, production, and services in new energy-related industries, including new energy storage, charging facilities, nuclear energy, smart grids, photovoltaics, natural gas, wind power, and hydrogen energy. The application is based on a single enterprise and can include multiple access certification projects and intellectual property analysis projects for submission.
