The iNanshan Enterprise Service Comprehensive Platform (iNanshan) is now accepting applications for nine industry-specific subsidy projects, with subsidies reaching up to 30 million yuan (US$4.14 million), according to Shekou News.

The subsidies are designed exclusively for enterprises in the culture, tourism, and finance sectors, with the aim to assist enterprises in capitalizing on development opportunities and achieving high-quality growth through a suite of policy-backed initiatives.

These projects encompass seven initiatives aimed at motivating cultural, tourism, and sports enterprises to achieve excellence, as well as two projects focused on promoting high-caliber financial enterprises to pursue listings.

For instance, a maximum subsidy of 30 million yuan will be given to support listed companies in office space. 

For rental subsidies, listed companies renting self-used office space in Nanshan District (excluding policy industrial space) can receive a maximum subsidy of 12 million yuan over five years, which includes a 30% subsidy on the actual annual rent for the first three years, capped at 3 million yuan per year. 

For the subsequent two years, a 15% subsidy on the actual annual rent will be provided, with a maximum of 1.5 million yuan per year. 

As for subsidies for purchasing office space, identified listed companies purchasing self-used office space in Nanshan (excluding policy industrial space) can receive subsidies over three years, amounting to a maximum of 3,000 yuan per square meter, with an annual cap of 10 million yuan and a total cap of 30 million yuan.
