The iNanshan Enterprise Service Comprehensive Platform launched eight policy support programs on June 4. Eligible enterprises can apply for these programs that offer a maximum subsidy of 6 million yuan (US$827,982) until June 18.

The eight policy support programs are tailored for construction enterprises in Nanshan District, including quality construction enterprise program, quality construction engineering program, building energy conservation and green building demonstration program, prefabricated building demonstration program, innovative development engineering construction enterprise program, outstanding performance construction enterprise program, building information model (BIM) application demonstration program, and construction waste reduction demonstration program.

The subsidy for quality construction enterprises is the highest. For construction enterprises that have newly moved to Nanshan or registered in Nanshan and newly obtained the special (comprehensive) qualification for general contracting, a one-time subsidy of 6 million yuan will be given.

A one-time subsidy of 2 million yuan will be given to construction enterprises that have first-level qualification for general contracting.
